1 Acceptance of Terms

2 Eligibility

3 Account Registration

Each player may hold only one registered account on jd77. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all funds held within them.

When registering your jd77 account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. You are responsible for keeping this information current. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your jd77 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. jd77 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

jd77 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, and USDT TRC20. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier section of your account at the time of deposit.

All funds deposited into your jd77 account must originate from a payment source registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where a payment is made from a source not belonging to the registered account holder — are not permitted and may result in account suspension pending investigation.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where possible. jd77 reserves the right to carry out identity verification checks before processing any withdrawal. 5 Bonuses & Promotions

jd77 offers various promotional bonuses to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and tournament prizes. Each promotional offer is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which will be published alongside the offer.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the following general conditions apply to all bonuses awarded by jd77:

• Bonuses are available to one account per household, per device, and per IP address;
• Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they or any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated in each individual promotion's terms;
• Bonuses and free spins expire if not used within the validity period stated in the offer;
• jd77 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time and without prior notice;

Players who do not wish to receive bonus funds may opt out of bonuses by contacting jd77 support before making a qualifying deposit. Once a bonus has been credited to your account and wagering has commenced, the bonus cannot be removed without forfeiting the bonus balance.

6 Gameplay & Betting Rules

These rules are accessible from within each game or betting market and form part of these Terms.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on jd77 and may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure:

• Making chargebacks or payment reversals fraudulently through your payment provider;

Where jd77 reasonably suspects that any of the above conduct has occurred, jd77 reserves the right to suspend your account, withhold any pending withdrawals, and report the matter to relevant authorities. jd77's determination in such matters is final and binding.

8 Privacy & Data

jd77 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account with jd77, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

jd77 uses your personal data to operate your account, process transactions, provide customer support, comply with legal and regulatory obligations, prevent fraud, and where you have consented, to send you promotional communications. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

9 Intellectual Property

10 Limitation of Liability

jd77 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds due to gambling losses;
• Interruptions to service caused by technical failures or maintenance;
• Losses arising from your reliance on information displayed on the platform;
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, or banking institutions;
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

In all cases where jd77 is found to be liable, jd77's total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jd77 account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Termination

You may close your jd77 account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closing your account, any remaining real-money balance (after deducting applicable bonus balances subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

jd77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at its sole discretion and without prior notice if it reasonably believes that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or posed a risk to the integrity of the platform or other players. In such cases, jd77 may also withhold any funds in your account pending investigation.

Players who wish to self-exclude from jd77 for responsible gaming reasons may request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion through their account settings or by contacting support. Once a self-exclusion is in place, it cannot be reversed for the duration specified at the time of the request.

12 Amendments to These Terms

jd77 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time.
